Agreement Notice: By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using CertifyPress Pro, its official modular extensions, or related software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy.

1. Covered Products & Ecosystem

These Terms apply to all software, extensions, and digital services distributed under the CertifyPress ecosystem by LM Designers, including:

  • CertifyPress Pro (Core Plugin): Complete WordPress solution for creating, managing, issuing, and verifying student certificates and marksheet credentials.
  • Free LM Certificate Publisher: The standard version hosted on WordPress.org.
  • Official Modular Add-ons: WooCommerce Extension, ACF Importer, Divi Addon, Frontend Profiles, Letter Downloader, and Student Portal.
  • Licensing & Update Services: Our Cloudflare Worker validation network and automated software update APIs.

2. Subscription Plans & Domain/Subdomain Quotas

CertifyPress Pro is offered under three flexible, duration-based subscription tiers. All plans share the same generous domain quota: each license key can be activated on 1 Primary Domain (the initial domain registered) plus up to 2 Subdomains belonging to that same primary domain (total 3 hostnames under one base domain):

Full access for 1 Year (365 Days). Includes 1 Primary Domain + up to 2 Subdomains (e.g., yourschool.edu, portal.yourschool.edu, verify.yourschool.edu) plus local test environments.

Most Popular

3 Years Subscription

Extended access for 3 Years (1,095 Days) with multi-year rate protection. Includes 1 Primary Domain + up to 2 Subdomains of that domain plus local test environments.

Enterprise Long-Term

10 Years Subscription

Decade-long access for 10 Years (3,650 Days) with all official modular extensions unlocked. Includes 1 Primary Domain + up to 2 Subdomains of that domain.

Uniform Domain Rule: Every license key is bound to the root domain where it is first activated. It automatically permits up to 2 subdomains under that exact same root domain (unless expanded by administrator authorization). The same license key cannot be used across completely separate root domains. Local development environments (localhost, 127.0.0.1, *.test, *.local) are free and do not consume your quota.

3. Free Licenses for Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs) & Logo Usage

We are proud supporters of community empowerment and education. We provide free CertifyPress Pro licenses to eligible non-profit organizations, charities, public schools, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) upon application and verification.

Fair-Use Marketing & Logo Authorization: In exchange for the complimentary license grant, non-profit recipients grant LM Designers (CertifyPress) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their organization’s official name and logo in a fair and professional manner. This includes showcasing the organization as a beneficiary or case study on our official website (certifypress.com), marketing presentations, social media, and community impact highlights. We will never alter your logo or use it in any derogatory, political, or defamatory context.

4. Subscription Billing & Dynamic Renewal Pricing

CertifyPress Pro licenses are billed on an annual subscription basis (unless explicitly purchased as a Lifetime license):

  • Prevailing Market Price at Renewal: All subscriptions renew at the active plan price published at the time of renewal. For example, if you purchase an initial plan for $39, the renewal price next year will be determined by the then-current active pricing (if prices increase, the renewal will be at the higher rate; if prices decrease, you will benefit from the lower rate). Promotional, coupon, or introductory rates are not permanently locked in for subsequent years.
  • Automatic Renewal Management: You maintain full control over your billing and may cancel automatic renewals at any time prior to the renewal date via your customer account or by contacting support.
  • Post-Expiry Operation: If an annual license is not renewed, your existing installed plugin continues to operate on your site, but automated security updates, new features, template library sync, and technical support will cease.

5. License Verification & Privacy Guarantee

To enforce activation quotas and deliver automated security updates, CertifyPress Pro connects periodically to our remote licensing gateway:

🔒 Strict Privacy Guarantee: The verification handshake transmits only your license key, normalized website domain name, and active plugin version. It never accesses, reads, or transmits student records, certificate data, marks, passwords, or customer personal information.

6. Prohibited Uses & Zero-Tolerance Revocation Policy

Customers and users strictly agree NOT to:

  • Upload, share, or redistribute license keys or software archives on “GPL clubs”, nulled download platforms, warez forums, Telegram groups, or public Git repositories (e.g. GitHub/GitLab).
  • Bypass, alter, or decompile the remote license validation handshake or security routines.
  • Use CertifyPress Pro to design, generate, or market fraudulent academic degrees, counterfeit diplomas, or deceptive credentials.
  • Remove or alter any author copyright headers or trademark notices from the source code.
⚠️ Immediate Revocation for Scams, Fraud & Illegal Sites: If a license key or plugin is detected on or utilized by any website engaged in scamming, phishing, financial fraud, deceptive practices, diploma mills, fake credential forgery, illegal content distribution, or any unlawful purposes, LM Designers reserves the absolute right to immediately deactivate and permanently terminate the license key without any prior notice, warning, or refund. We maintain zero tolerance for malicious activities.

7. Technical Support Policy

Technical support is available to all customers with an active, valid license key:

  • Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UTC.
  • Response Time: Tickets are answered within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • Included Support: Guidance on plugin setup, fixing verified software bugs, and compatibility patches.
  • Excluded Support: Custom code modifications, resolving conflicts with abandoned third-party plugins/themes, and web hosting server management.

8. 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy

All initial purchases of CertifyPress Pro are protected by our 14-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee. Because software is non-tangible downloadable digital media, refunds are conditioned on contacting our support team at support@certifypress.com and permitting up to 48 business hours for our engineers to diagnose and resolve any verified bug or incompatibility. Licenses terminated due to illegal activities or scamming are strictly ineligible for refunds.

9. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

AS-IS Software: CertifyPress Pro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall LM Designers or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or site downtime). Total aggregate liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the software license in the preceding 12 months.
